ULTRA BRAND BT40 Side Lock Holder are designed for high-speed milling, turning and boring operations. The threaded shank has a standard size compatible with most machine spindles. The threads are precision machined to provide a secure fit on the spindle while maximizing runout and vibration resistance. The collet body is made of advanced alloy steel which provides strength and durability during high-speed milling, turning and boring operations, features a unique design that allows the operator to retract the collet using only three fingers, which reduces risk of injury during retraction compared to other models where four or more fingers are required to retract the collet.This helps prevent tool damage caused by over-tightening or improper retraction into the chuck body which often occurs with manual chucks if not properly handled by experienced operators,Side Lock Holder are a type of tool that can be used in mechanical engineering and machine maintenance. The chuck is used to hold parts that need to be worked on or machined. It can also be used to hold parts while they are being moved around Taper Angle Clas, Taper Angle Class AT2,Maximum Run-Out of the Internal taper in relation to the external taper 0.005mm,Balanced to G2.5 @ 25,000rpm (For #40 Shanks),Balanced fo G2.5 @ 25,000rpm (For #50 Shanks)
